Leadership
CPA C.N Mbugua is a practicing registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), with Practicing Number P/2583, under the audit firm Mbugua Nduati & Company, Practicing Registration Number PF/982 (Category ‘C’ Composite License). CPA Mbugua is also a member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), Membership No. 47498.
He is currently a PhD fellow in Sustainable Finance at KCA University. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance from KCA University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).
CPA Mbugua has over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management. He has led various initiatives to streamline business ventures, resulting in improved management, strengthened internal control systems, and outstanding financial performance. CPA Mbugua has successfully negotiated with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) on behalf of taxpayers in numerous tax disputes across various sectors, achieving win-win outcomes.
